Last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://ttpsdublin.com/ and purchases made from Tech And Trade Products And Services Limited.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms applicable to that purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Irish or European Union law.
1. Business Information
This website is operated by:
Legal Name: Tech And Trade Products And Services Limited

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Tech And Trade Products And Services Limited.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Use of our website;
- Retail orders placed through our online shop;
- Product and compatibility enquiries;
- Delivery and collection arrangements;
- Returns, cancellations and refunds; and
- Wholesale orders, except where separate written wholesale terms apply.
A “consumer” is an individual purchasing mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
A “business customer” is someone purchasing wholly or mainly for commercial, retail, resale or professional purposes.
Certain statutory consumer protections, including the online cooling-off period, do not apply to business purchases.
3. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account;
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security;
- Submit false contact, payment or delivery information;
- Reproduce website content without permission; or
- Use automated systems to extract product information for commercial purposes without our written consent.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or misuse prevention.
4. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care when presenting product titles, descriptions, photographs, specifications and compatibility information.
However:
- Product images may appear different because of lighting, screen settings or packaging changes;
- Packaging and minor product details may change;
- Compatibility depends on the exact device, model, connector and intended use;
- Measurements should be treated as approximate unless expressly confirmed; and
- Product availability can change without notice.
Customers should check all available specifications before ordering. If compatibility is uncertain, contact us with the exact product and device model before purchasing.
A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it is currently in stock.
5. Prices, Currency and VAT
All retail prices are displayed in euro (€).
Consumer prices include VAT where VAT is chargeable. Any applicable delivery charge or other unavoidable cost will be displayed before you submit your order.
Wholesale prices may be stated exclusive of VAT where this is clearly identified in the relevant quotation or invoice.
We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may reject or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Placing an Order
To place an online order, you must:
- Select the required product and quantity;
- Add the product to your basket;
- Review your basket;
- Enter accurate billing, delivery and contact information;
- Review the total price and delivery charges;
- Correct any input errors;
- Select an available payment method; and
- Select the clearly labelled payment button to submit the order.
You are responsible for checking that all information is accurate before submitting the order.
Orders can currently be concluded in English.
7. Order Acknowledgement and Acceptance
After receiving your order, we may send an automatic acknowledgement. This confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- The product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorised;
- Delivery is unavailable to the supplied address;
- The quantity requested cannot be fulfilled;
- A material product or pricing error occurred;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
- Legal or regulatory restrictions prevent the sale.
If we reject an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount collected.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
You confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- The billing information supplied is accurate; and
- Sufficient funds or credit are available.
Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Their separate privacy and processing terms may also apply.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
9. Availability and Quantity Limits
Products are subject to availability.
We may apply reasonable quantity restrictions where:
- Stock is limited;
- A product is intended for normal retail purchasing;
- An order appears to be for unauthorised resale; or
- A pricing or stock-management error has occurred.
Customers seeking larger quantities should submit a wholesale enquiry rather than placing multiple retail orders.
10. Delivery
We deliver only to destinations available during checkout or confirmed in writing.
Available delivery territories, charges and estimated timescales must be displayed before the order is submitted.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a fixed date. Where no different period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, contact us using the details provided in these Terms.
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods generally passes when you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of them.
11. Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect the order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
- The package appears damaged;
- An item is missing;
- You received the wrong product;
- The product does not match its description; or
- The product appears faulty.
Include your order number, an explanation of the issue and photographs where relevant.
Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate it, but it does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
12. Consumer Right to Cancel an Online Order
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel an online order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day:
- You receive the goods;
- A person nominated by you receives the goods; or
- You receive the final item, where one order is delivered separately.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written statement before the cancellation period expires.
You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, but its use is not compulsory.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
13. Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Right
The statutory cooling-off right may not apply to certain goods, including:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Sealed audio, video or computer software once unsealed;
- Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly; and
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
An exception will apply only where permitted by law.
These exceptions do not remove your legal remedies where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
14. Returning a Change-of-Mind Purchase
Before returning a product, contact us at:
Returns Email: info@ttpsdublin.com
Returns Address: 142 Capel Street, Dublin 1, D01 WV30, Ireland
Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase.
You must take reasonable care of the product. You may inspect it only as you would reasonably inspect it in a physical shop.
We may reduce the refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return the item securely with:
- Your name;
- Order number;
- Contact details; and
- A copy of your cancellation notice or return reference.
15. Refunds Following Consumer Cancellation
Where a consumer validly cancels an eligible online order, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned goods; and
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing an enhanced or express method are not required to be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
We may withhold the refund until:
- The goods have been received; or
- You provide evidence that they have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Subject to that condition, the refund will be processed within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation.
16. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Products
Goods supplied to consumers must comply with applicable Irish consumer law, including requirements relating to conformity, quality, fitness for purpose and description.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to statutory remedies such as:
- A refund;
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Price reduction; or
- Termination of the contract.
Subject to applicable legal conditions, consumers may have a short-term right to terminate a contract for non-conforming goods within 30 days of receiving them. Other statutory remedies may continue after this period.
We will not charge a consumer the reasonable return cost for goods accepted as faulty or non-conforming.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear is not treated as an inherent product fault.
Nothing in these Terms replaces or restricts your statutory rights.
17. Manufacturer Guarantees
Some products may include a manufacturer’s commercial guarantee.
Any manufacturer guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights against the seller.
Unless clearly stated, we do not provide a separate commercial warranty beyond the rights required by law.
18. Wholesale and Business Orders
Wholesale and other business orders may be subject to:
- Product-specific minimum quantities;
- Current stock availability;
- A written quotation;
- Trade pricing;
- VAT treatment;
- Delivery charges;
- Payment terms; and
- Separate written purchasing conditions.
A wholesale enquiry is not an accepted order.
A wholesale contract is formed only when the quotation or order is accepted according to the process stated in the relevant written confirmation.
Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing:
- Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to business purchases;
- Wholesale returns are not accepted merely because the buyer changes their mind;
- Product quantities and delivery dates remain subject to written confirmation; and
- Prices may exclude VAT where clearly stated.
Where these general Terms conflict with expressly agreed written wholesale terms, the written wholesale terms will apply to the business order.
19. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may have separate conditions, including:
- Start and expiry dates;
- Eligible products;
- Minimum spending requirements;
- Quantity limits; and
- Restrictions on combining promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be exchanged for money;
- Apply only to eligible products; and
- Must be entered before the order is submitted.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse or an obvious error.
20. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:
- Keeping login details confidential;
- Providing accurate account information;
- Updating information when it changes; and
- Informing us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, the website or other users.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, written content, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tech And Trade Products And Services Limited.
Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
22. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party payment, delivery or technical services.
We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Breach of mandatory consumer rights; or
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
For consumer purchases, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the customer or events outside our reasonable control.
If you are a business customer, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, supplier interruption, telecommunications failure or government restrictions.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and contact affected customers where appropriate.
This section does not remove any statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered consumer orders.
25. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is processed according to our:
- Privacy Policy; and
- Cookie Policy.
Please review those documents before submitting personal information through the website.
26. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us first so that we can review the matter.
Please provide:
- Your name;
- Order number;
- Contact information;
- A description of the issue; and
- Supporting photographs or documents where relevant.

Postal Address: 142 Capel Street, Dublin 1, D01 WV30, Ireland
We will assess complaints in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
- The website;
- Our products or ordering process;
- Delivery arrangements;
- Payment methods; or
- Legal and regulatory requirements.
The Terms applying to an order are those presented when the order is submitted, unless a change is required by law.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
28. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
29. No Waiver
If we delay enforcing a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
The Irish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction, including their country of residence where applicable.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer protection rights.
